Oh my God. That was heartbreaking. My emotions are a tumble of utter confusion right now because no Martin's being tortured? how dare they? Tell me who they are so I can hunt them down with burning torches. But yay for Carolyn snatching up the reins and using every resource to find her pilot, and wow for such a brilliant cross-over with adorable snippets of in-jokes for both fandoms. I'm so, so torn because I cannot possibly express how much the idea of Martin hurt (much less Martin being tortured) absolutely devastates me, and yet the rest of this is so brilliant and needs that particular set-up to happen... (The angry, protective side of me that adores the little Cabin Pressure troupe almost wishes Sherlock had been the one to be kidnapped... :S Martin is the very last person that something so horrible should happen to. Because it's going to take so much more than just the feeling of finally being home again for him to recover... And now I want more fic along this vein XP)

Oops. I think I should probably have waited to calm down some before commenting. Somehow, the CP characters have become dear to me much quicker and much deeper than any previous fandom's, and it's painful to see them hurt.
