After 4 days without internet this is a lovely thing to stumble across :D
I absolutely loved it - seriously, this is pretty much exactly what was running through my head whilst I drew that picture AND MORE!! You are so fantastic I can't even say :D
Right - favourite bits.
The glimpse of Martin!Angst seemed both realistic and was proportionate, which I really liked. It added to his character rather than taking over the story, a balance that is hard to find with him because the poor guy is just so easy to beat up on :(
Douglas playing Angry Birds is now my headcanon XD And Carolyn and Arthur watching him play over his shoulder has too. Perhaps it's all the boring school lunch breaks I spent doing just that but I really loved that bit :D
Douglas' offer to help Martin out in the dating field and Martin's asking if he was serious about it was really quite sweet (in their typical snarky way of course XD)
Now - this is going to sound weird but I love how you wrote all of them falling asleep (...weird and creepy I know XD) Arthur and Martin were really sweet but Carolyn's considering brushing Douglas' cheek when he does was lovely.
Suffice it to say, I loved all of it and am beyond proud that you liked my drawing enough to write it. Well done on an absolutely charming little story :D
