Huh, so things are stepping up for John? What's made his visions jump from sleeping to awake? Just how long will it take Sherlock to figure it out? Will we ever get an explanation of what's caused these visions and will they stop of their own accord, or get stopped, or are they permanent?

I'm off to part five to see if there are any answers...
