Well, short but lovely! (Good luck in making it for this one though!)
Hmm... How about John doing something (maybe some harmless curse) to Anderson and/or Sally to get back at them for something (the something Anderson/Sally did could be (a) saying nasty things at Sherlock and John had reach the end of his tolerance for it (b) Sherlock getting some very minor injury in their presence during a case and they started saying mean things about Sherlock). Or maybe some Halloween tradition that the Watsons follow and he's dragged back into doing it since he's no longer in Afghanistan and there's no case going on and (unfortunately) Sherlock tags along. Or... hmm... Anthea...something involving Anthea and Mycroft. Black cats? Accidentally breaking a mirror? Someone using a love potion on Anthea (No idea how that one's going to work. Possible methods would involve Anthea having some life outside her Black Berry and a very persistent Wizard [if there are wizards])? Sad to say none are as cracky as the faerie idea XD
